Corporate Headshots at Conference – ICC Birmingham

The client has very specific brand requirements for their photography requiring a modern urban feel for all their photography including the 80 headshots shot at their conference. A neutral hi-tech blurred out of focus background created in a mezzanine / hallway was ideal and this look is a popular alternative to a plain grey or white background.

NB. I now have a rollup background for creating the out of focus business / blurry office background feel without needing to find the real thing in a venue - this means less space required, it can be setup and left in conference and also style can be repeated across multiple venues.

Corporate headshots can be added to your conference photography booking with me or I can work alongside your existing conference photographer if they don't specialise in shooting headshots. While adding headshots to your conference adds cost it also maximises the value added - rarely are so many staff, leadership or management teams all in one place at one time - so it is definitely worth the additional cost.

Because of the increased processing time required with headshots, if combined with normal conference coverage there is an additional cost of shooting headshots added to the cost of normal conference coverage - (and clients need to allow for the loss of coverage of networking break photography etc). Clients with a big requirement for headshots can book both a conference photographer and a headshot photographer through me (I work with several other photographers who can cover the conference while I cover the headshots sessions).
