Album cover photography – Steve Ashley … One more thing

I was honoured to be asked by Steve to shoot the cover and album photography for what is his last album. Steve Ashley is regarded as one of British folk's finest singer-songwriters with an incredible history and reputation within the English folk tradition since 1974 including performances with members of Fairport Convention and many many others.

Steve had a very clear vision of what kind of look and feel he wanted from the images and we shot all of them at his home turning his front room into a makeshift studio to create the cover shot and supplemental "stage performance" style images for the lyrics booklet and back cover images.
